STEP 1 Heat oven to 175C.
STEP 2 In a large frypan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
STEP 3 Add chicken breasts and saute 4-5 minutes each side until lightly browned.
STEP 4 Place browned chicken breasts in a baking dish and brush with teriyaki sauce.
STEP 5 Spoon on ranch dressing and sprinkle with cheese and chopped bacon.
STEP 6 Bake for 25-35 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
STEP 7 Garnish with parsley and serve with rice.
