Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-raising flour large
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

Method\

PREP TIME 00:15
COOK TIME 00:15
SERVES 10

 

STEP 1 Mix all ingredients together by hand until well combined.
STEP 2 Place teaspoons of mixture on a greased tray.
STEP 3 Bake at 180C for 12 minutes.

Notes

I was out of coconut recently, used untoasted muesli as a substitute and they turned out perfectly.
