Easy One Pot Fettuccine Alfredo

One Pot Fettuccine Alfredo

One Pot Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe! {Quick and Easy}

Ingredients
  • 8 oz. Barilla Fettuccine Noodles
  • 3 cups Swanson Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • ½ cup Butter (1 stick, thinly sliced)
  • 1¼ cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
Instructions
  1. In 5 – 6 quart Dutch Oven, bring 3 cups of Chicken Broth to boil at Med/High heat.
  2. Break Fettuccine noodles in half, then add to boiling broth.
  3. Cook Fettuccine for 12 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Drain 1 cup of Chicken Broth from Pot {I just used a large spoon to remove 1 cup of Broth}
  5. Immediately stir in Cream, Butter, Garlic Powder and Parmesan Cheese.
  6. Stir continually for 5 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted.
  7. Serve Immediately.
